Sharon Donegan is president of the BKA Consulting Group.  Ms. Donegan and another former IBM executive left IBM to create the management consulting firm Boyle/Kirkman Associates based in New York City in 1980.  The firm changed its name to the BKA Consulting Group  and moved to Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, in 1990.  The BKA Consulting Group specializes in assisting organizations with ways to more effectively utilize their human resources.
